No connector is carrying customer traffic yet

Post Array is in build. This table reflects the connector definitions as they stand today, which is why most cells read as not built yet. A cell only becomes supported after that connector passes its definition of done, including contract tests against the recorded platform fixtures. The cells that say a platform does not offer something, or gates it behind a review, are facts about the platform and are already final.

How to read this table

Four states, and the difference between the middle two matters. Not built yet is our backlog. Not offered by the platform is a fact about the platform that no tool can work around.
