Acceptable Use Policy

Post Array helps you publish content you are authorized to publish. It is not built to help anyone evade a platform limit, fake an endorsement or send unwanted messages.

Not permitted

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, replies or mentions, engagement bait, and repeated unwanted content.
  • Automated directory or form submissions, bulk outreach, link schemes, paid or reciprocal links intended to manipulate search ranking, and community promotion that breaks the destination rules.
  • Coordinated inauthentic behaviour, multi account amplification presented as independent, engagement pods, fake reviews, ratings or install counts, automated likes and follows, and trend manipulation.
  • Publishing duplicate or substantially similar content across many accounts where the platform prohibits it.
  • Impersonation, phishing, fraud, scams, malware, credential theft and deceptive installation.
  • Harassment, doxxing, sexual exploitation, non consensual intimate media, hate or violent extremist content, and illegal goods or services.
  • Political manipulation and automated political persuasion where it is prohibited. Political content, where permitted at all, is subject to enhanced review.
  • Copyright, trademark and publicity violations, unlicensed music or media, synthetic likenesses without rights and disclosure, and undisclosed paid endorsements.
  • Bypassing official APIs, rate limits, audits, account controls or platform enforcement using browser automation, cookie replay or scraping.
  • Automated submission to app stores, the Chrome Web Store or other restricted submission systems through unauthorized interfaces.
  • Evading an account ban or running coordinated account farms.
  • Training or evaluating models on third party or other customers content without authorization.

The controls that enforce this

  • Exact and near duplicate fingerprinting by workspace, account, platform and time window, with a cross account similarity check.
  • Account level and workspace level cadence budgets, plus mention, hashtag, URL and domain volume checks.
  • New account, new domain and bulk action escalation, and a maximum number of repetitions for any repeating campaign.
  • Destination scanning on short links, with emergency disable and an abuse report channel.
  • A workspace owner can set stricter limits than the plan allows. Risk controls cannot be loosened by paying more.

Enforcement and appeal

Where we can, we block before the external action rather than after it, and we record the reason, the rule version and the appeal path. Repeated or serious behaviour goes to a trust review by a person. You will be told what happened, without a level of detail that would help someone evade the check. Every decision can be appealed and reversed.

Reporting abuse

If content published through Post Array breaks these rules, tell us. Include the post URL and what is wrong with it.
