Each limit is read from official X documentation for a freshly connected account with no elevated eligibility. Every set carries the date a person read it, because a platform can change any of them without notice.
Does it use unofficial ways to post to X?
No. Publishing goes only through the official X API. There is no browser automation, no scraping and no automated engagement.
