What stays untouched
Every http or https link, every #hashtag and every @mention is detected before any conversion runs, and none of the four modes touches them: a link is case sensitive in its path, a hashtag is how a platform indexes a post, and a mention names a real account. Title Case here means one fixed rule, capitalize the first letter of every remaining word and lowercase the rest, without the list of lower-cased small words some house styles use, because this tool has no basis to make that editorial call for you.

Does this change my links or hashtags?
No. Every URL, #hashtag and @mention is detected first and copied through unchanged in every mode, including sentence case, which still capitalizes the real sentence text around them.
How does Title Case decide what to capitalize?
It capitalizes the first letter of every word outside a protected link, hashtag or mention, and lowercases the rest of that word. It does not lowercase short connecting words such as "a" or "of" the way some house style guides do, since that is a style choice rather than a fact this tool can make for you.
