What we can act on

Post Array can remove material stored in our systems, such as a media file or a draft. Content already published on a social platform lives on that platform and has to be reported to it, because we cannot delete a post we do not host. We will tell you which of the two applies to your report.

Sending a notice

• Identify the copyrighted work and the material you say infringes it, with a URL we can reach.
• Give your name, address, telephone number and email.
• State that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
• State that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
• Sign it, physically or electronically.

Counter notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter notice with the same contact details, identifying the material and where it was, and consenting to the jurisdiction that will be named here. We will forward it to the person who complained.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe are suspended and then terminated. Bad faith notices, used to remove a competitor content, are also grounds for termination.
