AI Use and Generated Content Policy

Where a model is used

• Text assistance in the composer: rewriting, shortening and adapting for a platform.
• Translation and transcreation into your content languages, against your project glossary.
• Content feedback in the composer. Generated four week growth plans are not available in prelaunch.

These features call DeepSeek. The model identifiers currently in use are published in the documentation and any change is listed on the changelog.

What is sent, and what happens to it

Only the text you asked us to work on, the instruction, and the project context you chose to attach. Credentials, tokens and other customers content are never in a model context.

Your content is not used to train our models. We configure providers so it is not used to train theirs.

Optional AI features can be turned off per workspace. Publishing, scheduling, approvals and analytics do not depend on them.

What stays yours

A model can be confidently wrong. You are responsible for checking facts, claims, names, numbers and tone before you publish, and for any disclosure a platform requires. No AI feature guarantees reach, engagement or ranking, and none is offered as one.

Disclosure and provenance

Post Array records whether content was AI assisted in its internal history, reminds you where a platform requires an altered or synthetic media disclosure, and stores the provenance you provide with an imported asset. Where a platform offers a disclosure field, Post Array sets it from your declaration rather than guessing.

What the AI features refuse

• Impersonating a real person or a public figure.
• Non consensual intimate imagery, in any form.
• Fabricated testimonials, invented customers and invented performance figures.
• Presenting a model generated URL as a verified opportunity. Opportunity and tool recommendations come only from the curated catalog.

Why there is no image or video generation

Post Array has not collected the verified visual system, product detail, asset rights, likeness permissions and campaign context that brand ready output would require, and in app generation would need its own consent, provenance, safety evaluation and cost controls. Media model capability, licensing, pricing and retention also change quickly, which is why our tool recommendations carry dates. You keep creative control by choosing a specialist tool and importing the approved asset. Post Array handles adaptation, approval, publishing and measurement.

A tool appearing in our radar is not a statement that its output is safe or rights cleared. Its documented caveats are shown with it and your normal rights declaration still applies.
