How to cancel, what happens to your data, and when you get money back.
Pending review by counsel before launch
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings without contacting support. On the free plan no charge is ever attempted, and there is nothing to cancel. Cancelling a paid plan keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
If the service did not work as described, contact support and we will refund the affected period. Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights, including the statutory cooling off period where it applies to you, are honoured in full and are not limited by anything on this page. Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to the original payment method.
Platform usage charges
Usage passed through from a platform, such as X per operation pricing, covers a cost we already paid on your behalf for an action you confirmed. It is refundable when the charge was our error, for example a duplicate dispatch caused by a defect on our side.
A failed payment
Polar retries and emails you. During the grace period publishing continues. After it, the workspace becomes read only and scheduled posts stop. Nothing is disconnected and nothing is deleted.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted at cancellation. The workspace becomes read only, scheduled posts stop rather than publishing, and you keep an export window before deletion. Deletion is never made conditional on paying an invoice, apart from the billing records we must keep by law.
